Ladies …

Welcome to the

Me First Movement

Where midlife women reclaim their confidence, boldness, and joy.

For every woman who puts everyone else first.

One day, we woke up and realized we were nothing but our roles.

We were mothers. We were caretakers. We were emotional supporters.

But the questions nagged:

Who am I?

What do I want?

Am I being selfish?

Putting yourself first is not selfish.

It’s self-respect.

Say it with me: “Me First.”

Did you feel some resistance?
(Did you perhaps feel some guilt?)

I thought so.

This is the cycle we’re breaking.

Amidst life, family, society, expectations … we’ve lost ourselves.

We lost that real, living, breathing, amazing woman in the mirror.

In the Me First Movement, we’re finding her.

The Me First Club

A monthly membership of live group coaching, accountability, and private community for midlife women rediscovering and putting themselves first.

Me First Club is an intentional movement of uncompromising, unapologetic women. Inside, we are fun, bold, and real while we learn how to:

  • stop people-pleasing

  • reconnect with ourselves

  • set boundaries with friends, family, and society

  • own our yes — and own our no

This is structured growth with real-time accountability for who you want to be in this life. I’m with you every step of the way.

  • Kristin truly leads with her soul, and that comes through in every conversation with her. She is kind, intuitive, and passionate about helping people reflect, grow, and see things more clearly.

    — Veronica R

  • Kristin consistently makes me feel seen, understood, and inspired. As someone navigating midlife herself, she brings deep empathy, motivation, and real-life perspective to her work.

    — Stefanie H.

  • Kristin has a way of showing you what’s actually possible for you. And that changes everything.

Hi, I’m Kristin.

I help midlife women put themselves first by rebuilding identity, boundaries, and self-trust.

For years and years, I felt myself … slowly fading.

I always said yes.
I never said no.
I lived by rules that were never mine.

Now, in my 50s, I feel reborn. Using my own B.O.L.D. framework to rediscover my identity, I learned to put myself first.

And the beautiful butterfly effect began.

Me First is a collective of women who want to step back into themselves. It’s not easy. It’s not overnight. But …

Hell yeah, it’s worth it.
