I’m Kristin.

I help midlife women put themselves first by rebuilding identity, boundaries, and self-trust.

For years, I felt myself … slowly fading.

    Truly, the sky is the limit. We can talk about your relationships, your family, your health and hormones, or decisions you’re wrestling with. These sessions pinpoint where you’ve gotten lost so you can come back to yourself.

  • How often should we meet?

    Most of my clients prefer ongoing support. Some come back only when they need extra clarity. I recommend starting with one session and going from there!
